Senior Business Development Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead new sales initiatives and sales team
- Perform a high volume of cold calls, in order to secure new business
- Grow revenue base from scratch, by identifying and closing new business without territory restrictions
- Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling
- Document all activities in CRM
- Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
Required Skills/Experience:
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in person
- Experience as a Sales Account Executive, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Loan Officer, Personal Banker, Mortgage Officer, Advertising Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Server, Barista, Account Representative, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Restaurant Manager
- 8+ years of experience selling high-dollar marketing/advertising services over the phone
- Online advertising sales background is a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- College Degree is preferred
We offer a competitive un-capped commission package, where you can earn between 55-85K or more within your first 12 months.
