We’re still working on optimizing our order process and making everything as easy as possible for you! Our next round of updates will happen at the end of this week, and will include new order forms!
New Order Forms
Our new Online Order Form, which will be put in place Thursday Dec.31st, will give you a unique order number to identify each order. Make sure you keep track of this number, as it will allow you to make changes to your order much more easily than before! We’ve also moved all of the social media items off of this form, which will simplify the ordering process for those partners and clients that aren’t interested in the Social Media add-ons. When you go to the new Change Order Form, we’ll allow you to input your order number, and all you need to do is fill out the fields that you want changed. We’ll add in all the data from your first form once you’ve submitted your the new one. That means you can change only what you need to change, and save time when there are multiple changes. It also allows us to eliminate the “Date Change Form” as that will be taken care of in the Change Order Form.
FaceMail and TweetaMail
We’ve also set up a new Social Media Form, that will help you order your FaceMail and TweetaMail campaigns after you’ve ordered your email campaign. They also have a place to reference your Email order number, make sure you enter your order number when you submit the form to receive your discounts for bundling with an email campaign!
