Submit an Order Form for your campaign including details like how many and what type of people you want to reach (try our Count System!), the start date for your campaign, Subject Line, Test email recipients and more.
Creative Work
If you have designed your email already, please ensure it follows our Creative Deliverables Accepted Content and submit your creative work to your designated account rep. If you need Media Prowler’s creative services, please follow our Creative Guidelines. If you are a new customer please reach out to us at info@mediaprowler.com to be assigned an account rep!
Design and Coding
During this step, Media prowler will design and code your email. If we’re doing creative work for you you might be asked to proof some PDF drafts or exchange other input on the design process. At the end of this step we will send you an HTML proof of what your campaign will look like in ideal circumstances.
Testing
During this phase, Media Prowler will send out a test email to your designated test emails specified on the form. We will also run your email through our testing services to make sure it’s optimized for as many email clients as possible. You will be asked to approve your test email before moving to the next step!
Deployment
Once approved, your email is sent out on the date specified on the form! Your campaign is live, reap the benefits!

What Next?
Email Reporting
We give reports to every one of our Email customers, at no additional cost. What good is a campaign without results to back it up? Our Email reports contain Opens, Percentage of Opens, Clicks, and Percentage of Clicks.
In addition, we also offer Lead Lists for an additional cost which contain a list of customer information of recipients who opened the email and those who clicked a link in the email.
Reporting Schedule
- For Emails sent Sunday – Wednesday, reports will be sent Friday of the same week
- For Emails sent Thursday – Saturday, reports will be sent Friday of the following week
Lead List Schedule
- Lead Lists will always be sent on the Tuesday after the report was given
